I’m sure you get this a lot but the DVD’s are great. As long as Monica and Scott are willing to do them, keep filming. They are quite the motivation and inspiration.

Hi Scott - Got the DVD and just LOVED it!! What is the cost to receive all of season 2? Ya’ll are so real and true. Not sure what I expected but I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would:)

FitnessAndFigureReality.com has been an incredible addition to my fitness library. The first dvd alone I learned several exercises from Monica and taught them to my female clients.

I am a long time fan of Monica Brant. Her longevity in the industry is nothing short of a miracle. The Fitness and Figure Reality DVD’s are awesome. As a competitor myself, I always used to wonder, how the other girls are training, or what they are up to. I wonder what they do in the off season, down time and the like. This series covers it all. It is a relaxing real life depiction of Monica and her husband Scott, whom most of us know less about than Monica, until now.
